many of our customers need. Our LionCARE services include many customer
benefits, such as auditing and patch management, to better control your
network and target potential problems before they occur. Monthly fees for
LionCARE are comparable to regular server maintenance costs but cover a
lot more, including all of your workstations and 24/7 monitoring of your
network.
Help Desk Support
The Help Desk is manned by a live technician who will answer questions or
set up a service appointment for you. By calling the Help Desk first, you'll
ensure more accurate tracking when network problems arise.
E-Mail Support
For questions that do not require immediate attention, LionCARE customers can
obtain service and support through email.
