Matthew J. Matosky - President

Matt is the co-founder and president of Lionfield Technology Solutions, Ltd. He is responsible for a wide range of company functions, including:

  • strategic planning
  • project planning
  • systems & applications analysis
  • development, implementation, and operations

Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and has built a successful career in the IT field. Prior to launching his own company, he was the Director of Technology for XRT, Inc., a multi-million dollar international financial software and hardware firm located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Perkins Board of the Center for Arts and Technology and as a Director of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Matt was instrumental in helping Lionfield earn the prestigious Microsoft Small Business Specialist certification.

David B. Secker - Senior Project Manager

Dave joined LTS in April of 2002 after working for Comcast Online. With several years of IT and computer support experience, Dave’s capabilities include C++, SQL and network management, and he holds the industry certification MCP (Windows 2000) and the new Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 Certification.

Dave is currently a BS candidate of Information Technology at Pennsylvania State University and is working toward his MCSE 2003 certification.

Wayne DeHart - Field Technician

Wayne joined LTS in March of 2007 with 7 years of combined experience in system analysis, network administration, user support/training, and technical troubleshooting. He previously worked for the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority as a network technician and administrator, and was named Employee of the Year in 2003.

Wayne's qualifications include training in Microsoft Exchange 2000, Windows 2000 Server and Workstation as well as network security infrastructure and design.

Jim Thompson - Field Technician

Jim joined LTS in August of 2007 with over 8 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to joining Lionfield, Jim worked as a consultant for Inet Solutions/IT Solutions and managed their client networks in addition to troubleshooting various technical issues.

Jim is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is proficient in a variety of areas, including network design and installation, firewall configuration and remote access.

Brant Rider - Field Technician

Brant joined LTS in August of 2007 after serving as the Management Information Systems Administrator for the Phoenixville YMCA. He has several years of experience in IT hardware, software, networking and web design, as well as a proven record of technology problem solving.

Brant is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is currently working toward a B.S. degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University in Davenport, IA.

Jesse "JD" Combs - Help Desk Technician

JD joined Lionfield in 2006 to monitor Lionfield’s Help Desk. His primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service and IT support.

Recently, JD earned a degree in Technical Project Management from the ITT Technical Institute. He has years of experience in customer service in a variety of industries, and most recently taught adult learning classes in the basics of Microsoft Office 2003.

Darlene Mancaruso - Help Desk Technician

Darlene joined Lionfield in 2007 to monitor Lionfield’s Help Desk. Her primary responsibility is to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service and IT support.

Prior to joining Lionfield, Darlene was a computer technician at Best Buy in Wilmington, DE. She holds a BS degree from Centenary College and also earned a diploma in Network Support Administration from Cittone Institute in Philadelphia. She has years of experience in customer service and computer repair and is proficient in a variety of operating systems.

Jennifer Hall - Marketing Director

Jenny joined Lionfield in 2007 with over 15 years of experience in corporate marketing. The editor of the monthly Lion’s Den newsletter, she is also responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that help generate new business and promote Lionfield’s products and services.

Jenny has developed print advertising and radio campaigns, direct mail programs, collateral materials and web site content for a wide range of businesses. A graduate of Gettysburg College with a B.A. degree in English, she previously served as a communications specialist for a large insurance company and a freelance marketing consultant.

Tammy Matosky - Office Manager

Tammy joined Lionfield as Office Manager in 2006, and is responsible for customer billing, purchasing, and a wide range of administrative support services.

Tammy successfully completed an 18 month programming course at Maxwell Institute before launching a 12-year career selling hardware and software to resellers. She then worked for SAGE Microsystems, Inc. where she handled a variety of responsibilities prior to joining Lionfield.
