LionCARE Managed Services
LionCARE is a proactive approach to managing IT support, making it a more cost-effective and beneficial choice for customers. For a monthly fee, we'll cover routine server maintenance and monitoring of your workstations and your network, alerting you to potential problems before they happen. You'll also receive auditing and patch management, to better control your network or identify possible weaknesses, and other services, including:
- Monitoring — including drive space, website hosting, asset inventory
- Security — Microsoft patch management every other week, antivirus and antispyware monitoring, hardware changes, new software installations
- Maintenance — remote server, user accounts, log files and printers
- Support — help desk access, email service requests, client service web portal, phone & email, on-site support
- Advanced Support Reporting — guaranteed response times, monthly management reports, technology plans and asset management
LionCARE Pro v. LionCARE Total
Both options offer comprehensive coverage on an annual basis, but LionCARE Total includes some additional services. You can elect to add your laptops, desktops or server backup under either option.
