Matthew J. Matosky - President

Matt is the co-founder and president of Lionfield Technology Solutions, Ltd. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and has built a successful career in the IT field. Prior to launching his own company, he was the Director of Technology for XRT, Inc., a multi-million dollar international financial software and hardware firm located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Perkins Board of the Center for Arts and Technology and as a Director of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Matt was instrumental in helping Lionfield earn the prestigious Microsoft Gold Certified Partner designation.  He was named Small Business Person of the Year by the Exton Region Chamber in 2009.

David J. Keating - Director of Sales

Dave joined Lionfield in 2009 to head up all sales activities. He brings nearly two decades of sales and sales training experience in the IT arena. Prior to joining Lionfield, Dave was the Principal of Rainmaker Sales Training, LLC, an international sales training firm based in West Chester, PA. In addition, he worked with a number of IT firms at the regional and national levels.  Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. He is an active member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce.

David B. Secker - Director of Technical Services

Dave joined LTS in April of 2002 after working for Comcast Online. With several years of IT and computer support experience, Dave’s capabilities include C++, SQL and network management, and he holds the industry certification MCP (Windows 2000) and the new Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 Certification.  Dave is currently a BS candidate of Information Technology at Pennsylvania State University and is working toward his MCSE 2003 certification.

Jennifer Hall - Marketing Director

Jenny joined Lionfield in 2007 with over 15 years of experience in corporate marketing. The editor of the monthly Lion’s Den newsletter, she is also responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that help generate new business and promote Lionfield’s products and services.  Jenny has developed print advertising and radio campaigns, direct mail programs, collateral materials and web site content for a wide range of businesses. A graduate of Gettysburg College with a B.A. degree in English, she previously served as a communications specialist for a large insurance company and a freelance marketing consultant.  She's an active member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Business Education Partnership Committee.

Mark Poteet - Web Development Director

Mark joined forces with Lionfield in 2008 to provide web design, hosting and support for customers. He is the founder of 223 Interactive Web Studios, a web design company, and has years of experience in custom website development and interactive media.  Mark can provide a wide range of web solutions, including flash customization, CMS websites, domain transfers, and e-commerce. Over the years he has designed dozens of websites to help meet the unique needs of a wide range of businesses.

Tammy Matosky - Office Manager

Tammy joined Lionfield as Office Manager in 2006, and is responsible for customer billing, purchasing, and a wide range of administrative support services.  Tammy successfully completed an 18 month programming course at Maxwell Institute before launching a 12-year career selling hardware and software to resellers. She then worked for SAGE Microsystems, Inc. where she handled a variety of responsibilities prior to joining Lionfield.

Jim Thompson - Field Technician
Jim joined LTS in August of 2007 with over 8 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to joining Lionfield, Jim worked as a consultant for Inet Solutions/IT Solutions and managed their client networks in addition to troubleshooting various technical issues.  Jim is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is proficient in a variety of areas, including network design and installation, firewall configuration and remote access.

Kyle Gerhart - Field Technician
Kyle joined LTS in February of 2009 with over 13 years of combined experience in network administration, user support/training, and technical troubleshooting. He most recently worked as a Systems Engineer for Kasual Computing and over the years has worked with many small and medium businesses to set up servers and workstations and provide ongoing support.  Kyle's qualifications include knowledge of many operating systems, especially MS Office Suite 2000, XP Home and Pro, and Kaseya, and he is adept at providing phone and remote support.

Brant Rider – Field Technician
Brant joined LTS in August of 2007 after serving as the Management Information Systems Administrator for the Phoenixville YMCA.  He has several years of experience in IT hardware, software, networking and web design, as well as a proven record of technology problem solving.  Brant is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is currently working toward a B.S. degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University in Davenport, IA.

Daniel Rodden - Field Technician
Dan joined LTS in October of 2009. He holds several Microsoft certifications and most recently worked as a Systems Engineer/Lead Administrator for Trigon Technology Group. Dan has years of experience supplying engineering, administration and support for many automation tools, including Microsoft, Kaseya and QuickBooks.  Dan is a 2007 graduate of ComputerTraining.com and has completed the Microsoft MCP Program.  He is skilled at providing both on-site and remote support.

Jason Mountz - Field Technician
Jason joined LTS in December of 2009.  He came from Internetwork Services in Wyomissing, PA, where he managed the services team and maintained multiple client networks while helping to implement new technologies and solutions.  In 2004, Jason earned a degree in PC Systems and Network Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute.  He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

Jason Gaugler - Field Technician
Jason G. joined LTS in March of 2009.  Prior to joining Lionfield, Jason worked as a Network Technician for Crossroads Technologies and provided hosted solutions, remote data management, and maintenance of a large user network.  While there, he also gained experience in client help desk and on-site support.   Jason attended Kutztown University and holds a degree in PC Systems and Network Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute.  He's a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
